Chuck - We've been watching you for a few years and are amazed at your fighting ability, training regime and personal ethic. I love MMA fighting because of the level of committment of the fighters and the overall atmosphere which reflects their respect not only for themselves, but the other fighters and the sport. My question was basically the same as "wantstoleanmma". Except I dont need anything to boost my energy I have energy and more will come as I learn/train. Any idea on where to start if you dont like the gym? What to buy besides a bench press and free weights?
Good luck on the fight on Sat. I didnt have the money to order this time due to my kid got sick, but I will be checking this and ufc site to see updates all night long. Good luck and I wish I could watch it. Maybe a bar has it playing, but I doubt it. Good luck again. -

Hey Chuck how have you been doing? I just signed u for a MMA gym. :D . I want to take a look at the real side of MMA. I'm still young. 13 years old, Even though I have a wrestling background and still wrestling. Ever since I started wrestling I knew I wanted to get into MMA, Now I get to see how it is. :P -

You are a true legend that deserves that belt back. I have been watching you through the years and have seen you much improved. Quinton may have had his one hit wonder, but I don't see that happening again. Are you glad that Forrest took the belt from Quinton and would you fight Forrest if it comes up. I mean you were his coach and all? -
